clouds, rain, the third son laughs, success

Down those mean streets a man must go,
who is not himself mean,
who is neither afraid nor tarnished.

Raymond Chandler

been up since 7am - caned out another day of 9-8 then home. Shopping, food engage brain. Started session at 11.30pm

Just finished my first session with Ray at 50nl - 425hands 3-tabling @ 25/23/7 for more or less breakeven. Some interesting concepts and very aggressive play. I will need to adjust to this as sometimes it seems on the edge of tilt. It would be interesting to play these numbers 8 tabling.

I'll try and stick 4 tabling whilst adjusting. Aim to get 1k hands min every day. ( I'll start to 6 table after a couple of days - maybe on sun)

It's 1.30am. Going to sleep as need to be up at 7 for the good old 9-8.

In the beginning was the word

Well here goes.

I started this blog on the prompting of Ray, I guess in some way it is a gesture, a commitment. But to what ?

When a man starts a journey he must find a way to keep his eyes both on the prize beyond the horizon and on the ground in front of him.

I intend for this to serve as just that.

And with that let the game begin.
